In 1997, Ken dedicated himself to helping his friend make his struggling janitorial business a success. As he searched for new clients, he discovered other janitorial service providers that needed professional business support—and Select Janitorial was born!

Mona has been an integral team member since 2010. As our office wizard, she keeps our business running smoothly. She manages our invoicing and keeps us—accountable!

Marcus came to us in 2016 after spending ten years in customer service and business development in another industry. He is proud to have earned the respect and trust of the founder to continue taking Select Janitorial into the future.

Our janitors provide stable, consistent cleaning service, which means many will work on the same project for years! This commitment to our clients means that each janitor will understand you, your site, and, most importantly, what you need and want in your janitorial and cleaning services!
All of our janitorial staff are bondable, individually insured, and are covered through WorkSafe BC. As a result, you and your site are protected from any liability or risk. Our cleaners work together to share their knowledge and expertise, which means that you receive nothing but the best!
